All rooms have beech hardwood floors and are very quite. Room 1 goes to a garden looking at a chestnut tree. Room 2 has a nice balcony where you can have breakfast on a sunny day, and room 3 has a beautiful window (Erker).
I have an Italian eat-in kitchen with all appliances - cooks/foodies will love it, and it\\\'s beautiful, too. Blue furniture, wooden shelves, terracotta tiles.

The flat is in the middle of good old City West. Everything is nearby or within easy reach - just take the S-Bahn. It\\\'ll take you to Savignyplatz in 2 minutes, in 15 minutes to Hackescher Markt, and in 20 minutes to Wannsee (unless you prefer to job, walk, stroll around Lietzensee, go to Schloss Charlottenburg to hang out in the beautiful gardens, or sit on Stuttgarter Platz under chestnut trees. Needless to say, shopping is nearby, too, as are several good movie theatres. I live in a quite side-street to the Ku\\\'damm, in a 1916 century building, and the flat was carefully and tastefully refurbished when I moved in a couple of years ago. I couldn\\\'t imagine to move anywhere else, really...
