1. Question: How can I become a host?

Answer: Go to "Becoming a host" and fill out the online application. After receiving your application we will contact you, take photographs of your offered room and put them into our database and assign you a customer-ID, password and reference number for your offered accommodations.

2. Question: How can I change the availability dates of my room?

Answer: Using your customer-ID and your password, you will log on to our website. You simply click on the reference number you want to change and change the availability dates. After that you'll receive a confirmation of your changes.

3. Question: How much can I get for my offered room/apartment?

Answer: That depends on your offered room/apartment (the furnishing), the district and the number of beds you are offering.

4. Question: How do I receive payment for renting my room?

Answer: You are responsible for collecting the total rent payment upon the arrival of your guest. They will have a confirmation stating the amount owed.

5. Question: How will I know when someone has rented my room?

Answer: Rental confirmations will be sent to you via your email account.

6. Question: What if the guest wants to stay longer than previously planned?

Answer: The guest should contact us first. We will then make the necessary changes in the reservation system.
