Become a Host!
Berlin is fast becoming one of the "HOTTEST" destinations in Europe. We at ROOMZ Agency are looking for enthusiastic hosts willing to welcome tourists, business people, guest lecturer and others from home and abroad to Berlin – for a short or longterm stay.
How do I become a host?
- Please apply online for your apartment or guest room (link below).
- After registration you’ll be contacted by a employee of ROOMZ Agency Berlin and we make an appointment for a visiting.
- During the visit we will get known each other better, discuss your questions (price structure, subtenant contracts etc.) and take photographs of your apartment/ guest-room.
- The photographs will be presented online on our website.
- Your apartment and guest-rooms will be advertised on both ours and our partner websites.
The price/ rent for apartments and guest-rooms will be set by you. We are able to help you with this and make proposals. ROOMZ Agency collects its fees from the client when they complete their reservation. Hosts are not liable for any payments or fees to ROOMZ Agency.
