ROOMZ is a brokerage agency for inexpensive, private accommodations (guestrooms and apartments) in Berlin. For both short or longterm stays our accommodations are provided by friendly hosts offering a personal atmosphere and knowledge of the city. All guestrooms and flats have been personally visited and photographed to ensure that they meet our standards and that all prices are reasonable.
You won't find sterile hotel rooms and mass tourism with us; instead you'll get individual consultation and the opportunity for exquisite accommodations. We also can help you with:

Prices & more
All guest-rooms and apartments are individually furnished and located in different areas of Berlin. This is reflected in our prices. Children under 7 years of age stay free (in the most cases), but only with a legal guardian. Discounts after a stay of 6 days are also available.

The provision for short term stays in our apartments and guest-rooms is included in final price offered. Meanwhile, the provision for long term stay depends on the length of stay and is calculated based upon the following list below:
| from 1 month: | 25 % of the monthly rental charge. |
| from 2 month: | 45 % of the monthly rental charge. |
| from 3 month: | 65 % of the monthly rental charge. |
| from 4 month: | 75 % of the monthly rental charge. |
| from 5 month: | 95 % of the monthly rental charge. |
| from 6 month: | 105 % of the monthly rental charge. |
| from 7 month: | 115 % of the monthly rental charge. |
| from 8 month: | 125 % of the monthly rental charge. |
| from 9 month: | 135 % of the monthly rental charge. |
| from 10 month: | 145 % of the monthly rental charge. |
| from 11 month: | 155 % of the monthly rental charge. |
| from 12 month: | 165 % of the monthly rental charge. |
